Your enquiry
When you submit a Fishing Week request, your contact details, billing address, date of birth, dates, guest numbers and chosen resources are saved privately in our reservations system. The Myrfjord booking team can review the request and receives an email notification containing these details. Submitting a request does not confirm a booking.
A date check sends your chosen dates and resource preferences to this website. It does not submit your name or the text entered in the Fishing Week request form.
Fjord Jon
Fjord Jon helps with Fishing Weeks, boats, apartments and travel using information approved for public use. Your short question and relevant public information may be sent to OpenAI to help provide an answer in your language. Customer bookings, enquiry forms, internal source notes, Notion records and Google Drive files are not sent to the model. Availability is read separately from the public calendar and remains subject to confirmation.
Please do not enter names, contact details, payment information or booking references in guide questions. The guide blocks obvious email addresses and phone numbers, but cannot detect every kind of personal information. Fjord Jon does not create a stored conversation history in the website database. Technical logs may be retained by our hosting and API providers. You can use the topic buttons or booking page without sending a question to OpenAI. See OpenAI API data controls.
